pour 6 personnes
Temps de préparation 30 min
Temps de cuisson 10 min
Ingrédients :
4 oeufs
125 g de sucre en poudre
125 g de farine
2 sachets de sucre vanillé
1 cuillère à café de levure
15 g de beurre
1 pot ou confiture ou de nutella
papier cuisson
Préparation :
Cassez les oeufs, en séparant les blancs des jaunes.
Mélangez les jaunes avec le sucre dans un saladier.
Ajoutez petit à petit la farine, le sucre vanillé et la levure.
Battez les blancs en neige, puis incorporez-les au mélange précedent.
Mettre une feuille de papier cuisson sur la plaque du four, puis versez la pâte dessus.
Enfournez à thermostat 7 (210°C) pendant 10 min.
Sortez du four encore chaud.
Otez le papier sulfurisé délicatement, prenez un torchon propre et humidifiez le, roulez le biscuit immédiatement a l'interieur. Laissez refroidir, puis déroulez.
Etalez la confiture sur la pâte ou le nutella et roulez-le à nouveau.
Vous pourrez agréementé le dessus avec du sucre en poudre, ou des décors à gâteau!

alors j'avoue que j'ai eu un mal fou à le rouler le biscuit! je m'y suis reprise à plusieurs fois en pestant! j'ai jamais rien compris au système avec le torchon humide car moi le torchon s'était enroulé dans le biscuit et du coup était plein de nutella!

en meme temps tu roule avant de mettre ta garniture!!!
et tu laisse reposer, pour que sa refroidisse!!!!
et tu deroule et tu met le nutella, et apres tu re-enroule SANS LE TORCHON!!!!

ben vi moi j'avais roulé après avoir mis la garniture alors forcément ça pouvait beaucoup moins bien marcher hein!
