1 blanc d'oeuf et du sucre glace....
selon la taille du blanc d'oeuf, on peut aller jusqu'à 500g de sucre glace !
Mélanger le blanc d'oeuf avec le sucre glace jusqu'à l'obtention d'une grosse boule assez compacte et craquelée.
Faire des petites boules et placer les en les espaçant dans un plat allant au micro-onde  ça va gonfler !!!
Ensuite puissance maxi de 30 secondes à 3 ou 4 minutes selon le micro-onde......

 au micro onde? trop fort j'aurai jamais pensé que ça pouvait marcher.....bon je suis pas une adepte de la cuisine micro onde mais je suis curieuse et les meringues sont les lichouseries préférées de mon homme  |

ça a l'air vraiment bien, mais moi le micro-ondes me fait tjrs de mauvais tours du coup j'ai peur d'y preparer quelque chose car ça fait deja 4 tartes ratée xD !
