Quiche sans pâte
Faire revenir 200g de lardons (fumés ça donne plus de goût) dans un plat à tarte, 5 à10 minutes au four à 200° (th 5).
Mélanger ½ l de lait, 100g de farine, 100g de gruyère râpé, 2 œufs, sel, poivre, noix de muscade.
Verser sur les lardons. Mettre au four 35 à 40 minutes.
Variantes :
• Au thon (une boite de 200g de thon au naturel)
• Aux oignons (un ou deux selon la taille et votre goût) et aux lardons (200g)
• Au thon (une boite de 200g de thon au naturel) et à la tomate (une boite de tomates concassées ou des tomates fraîches coupées en dés)
