Tarte moelleuse au camembert et brocolis
Ingredients :
*1 rouleau de pate brisé (sinon pate faites maison )
*1 camembert
*400g de brocolis
*20cl de crème fraiche
*2 oeufs
*1 tranche de jambon de Bayonne (ou de dinde)
* muscade
* sel
* poivre
 Lavez puis faites les brocolis à la vapeur
Etalez la pate dans un moule à tarte et disposez dessus les brocolis
Coupez le jambon en patits morceaux et parsemez-en la tarte
Dans un saladier, melangez les oeufs, la crème fraiche ,le sel,le poivre et la muscade
Versez ce mélange sur la tarte
Découpez de fines lamelles de camembert et disposez-les sur la préparation
Faire cuire 30mn au four à 180°C (thermostat 6)
Servir chaud

Ben vi !!! bichette !!!
Ca doit etre aussi bon , tu sais losque je suis rentrer ,je suis aller ds la grande surface de chez moi et je n ai pas trouver , le saucisson hallal à l olive que tu m a fais gouter !!!!
