pour les gourmande de gateaux breton et j'en ai d'autre
LE FAR BRETON
250 g de pruneaux
200g de farine
125 g de sucre
60 g de beurre
4 eoufs
1 l de lait entier
1 gousse de vanille
2 cuil a soupe de rhum
1 pincée de sel
Beurrer généreusement un grand plat en terre et diposer les pruneaux sur le fond.Dans une terrine faire un puit dans la farine pour mettre oeufs,sucre et sel et mélanger.
Puis délayer le tout avec le lait préalablement chauffé avec la gousse de vanille fendu et le rhum.Versé le mélange sur les pruneaux et parsemer de noisettes de beurre.
Faire cuire a four moyen (150° termo 5) pendant 1 heure
et voila un bon gateaux de bretagne

Non seulement c'est bon, meme quand on aime pas les pruneaux (la difficile que je suis s'est avalée deux far  ) mais en plus c'est facile a faire ^^
J'en avais jamais fait de ma vie, et pourtant ^^' Bon je suis pas nulle en cuisine ca aide aussi ^^' Mais ca fait pas tout
Un conseil, avec du beurre demi sel c'est mieux
