le glaçage au chocolat noir
Découpez 200g de chocolat noir en petits carrés.
Faites fondre le chocolat dans une casserole avec 100g de beurre découpé en morceaux et 4 c à soupe d'eau.
Mélangez bien, laissez tiédir et versez sur le gateau en commencant par le centre.
le glacage au beurre
Mélangez dans un bol 2 c à soupe de cacao en poudre et 3 c à soupe d'eau chaude.
Versez dans un saladier 250g de sucre glace et 100g de beurre mou en dés, puis ajoutez le cacao dilué.
Mélangez le tout en une crème onctueuse puis couvrez le gateau à l'aide d'une spatule.

Pour le gateau de ma fille j ai fs la premiere solution decoré de pleins de bonbons !!!!Pour un premier essai je le trouve pas trop mal
