ça m'a l'air sain quand même puis bon le soir tu peux toujours manger une petite soupe ou une salade composé c léger. faudrait que j'm'y mette au régime tiens...

ben c'est très équilibré car tu as de tout dans la même journée :
- produits laitiers : fromage le matin.
- céréales : pain le matin.
- gras : beurre le matin on peut également en prendre à midi ou le soir pour cuisiner ou mettre de la crème...
- viande : à midi.
- féculent : à midi.
- sucre : goûter ( confiture, bonbons...)
- fruits : au goûter
- legumes : dîner.
- poisson : diner.
En plus, avec cette mthode, tu peux facilement faire 5 fruits et légumes par jour ! |

Avec la chrono, le soir c'est légume + poisson / viande maigre. |
